Are children allowed?
Yes, we are licensed to have under 18s in the bar until 7 pm
Does Food go towards my minimum spend?
Yes, all food and drink contribute towards the minimum spend.
How do I track minimum spend if my guests are paying for their own drinks?
Our Bartender and waiters serving your party will have an itemised bill for every item so you can track where you are at any particular point in the night
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, we have vegan cheese which can be substituted for the cheese on some of our pizzas to make them vegan.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, we have gluten-free pizza bases. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that there will not be a slight contamination. if you have a serious allergy or intolerance to gluten then we recommend that you do not eat food from our kitchen

Can I bring a DJ or play my Music?
Music is an essential part of our brand at LOCKES, and we need to stay in control, so I’m afraid guests cannot bring their own music or DJ.
Can I bring a cake and put up decorations?
We are happy to have people bring their own cakes and decorate. We only ask that there be no confetti. If you are bringing gas for balloons, we require £100 deposit in order to dispose of the gas cylinder.
Is my deposit returnable?
The full amount of deposit and service charge is returnable once your party has reached its minimum spend
What kind of music do you play throughout the day?
We play all genres of music from acid jazz, 80s 90s and naughties, classics disco and house. We have an amazing Sound system. We’re pretty good at getting started!
Can I have a live band?
We do not have facility for live music.
How early can I arrive for the beginning of my party to set up?
You will be available to set up for the hour prior to your begin start time.
How do I pay the deposit?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, and send you a payment request to pay your deposit online. Alternatively we can send you an invoice, we also accept BACS payment.
Can I pre-order food and drinks for my arrival?
Yes we can arrange any food and drinks if you would like and we offier some fabulous APERITIVO party packages (link)
What time do you close?
Midnight on weekends, 11:30 pm week days
Can you extend the opening hours?
Yes, we can apply for a temporary event licence from the local authority, which requires a slightly larger minimum spend.
